this hotel is very modern hotel comparing to others in the city which mostly are still local. I like to stay here and always stay in this hotel everytime I come to Lombok. The breakfast is awesome.

I really love this hotel and their services. clean and minimalist style room. comfy bed and sheets. carpets along the corridor were clean and doesn't smell. clean pool, great spa, nice breakfast.

The hotel's location is centrally located, with ATMs and convenience stores nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help with any needs. Breakfast is varied and delicious.

The room was very nice and comfortable. However, when I was in the room, I could hear the sound of tables and chairs moving, which often woke me up because the noise was quite loud and disturbing. My food arrived at 6:30, but the rice and side dishes were cold. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended.

The experience of staying at Aston Inn Mataram was very memorable, the service was very good, at that time I was already at the hotel location I booked through app.com, in less than 5 minutes I was able to check in, the staff were friendly and smiling, from the hotel yard to the hotel room I always got a smile from the hotel staff I met, I felt as if if I met the hotel staff in another place, they still remembered me, the staff were responsive when there was a service request, with complete facilities I think the hotel rental is quite cheap, I was very impressed, thank you

It feels like coming home, when checking in very fast the previous data has been saved so there is no need to take out the ID again (cool), every time I stay here with the same room type and room number (Suite Room) the room is very comfortable, the smart tv display has changed from the last time I came so it is better, only the hairdryer is not working but it's okay, then there are also changes, in the past several times I got a welcome fruit plate but this time I didn't get it until check out maybe now I don't get it anymore, but overall it's still comfortable while staying here, and will definitely come again with the same type.
