Couple time staying at Aston is always great. The room is clean and comfy, bed was soft and clean. Breakfast is tasteful, with plenty of variety. I am asking for late check out, and they very helpful. Though the position of hotel is not too strategic, but no issue at all. Thank you

The hotel is comfortable, at that time we were given extra beds so it was more comfortable for the family. View of the mountains, even though it's covered in clouds.

Comfortable room, only hot water takes a long time & breakfast is also complete + delicious. It's just that parking the car is difficult, it was placed in a field about 50-100 meters from the hotel.

I stayed 1 night here, actually everything was good according to the photos. The room is clean, the bathroom is complete with soap, shampoo, toothpaste, shower cap. There is a hairdryer, you can get sandals too. In the room there is a mini refrigerator. The only minus is that the lighting in the room is not enough and it is not wide enough, according to me. The food in the restaurant is less varied compared to other Astons I've visited. Cheap kids corner menu, 15 thousand, get 5 fried foods to eat after swimming. Overall I like staying here.

Because it's an old hotel, it looks like the door is starting to break, but overall I'm satisfied, there's only one thing I don't like, the hotel alarm suddenly sounds in the middle of the night, at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night, accidentally.

If I may first suggest that the room door is difficult to open, for a 4-star class hotel, please fix the two rooms that I live in are stuffy, not fragrant, maybe because there is no ventilation for breakfast, some are salty and some have no taste at all in the end my food was not spent, the only thing that tastes good is the cake, for the friendly and friendly staff, it needs repairs for the rooms and breakfast in the future, thank you.

Limited breakfast options. Pancakes and waffles are now unavailable. The taste of the breakfast menu needs to be improved. Staff friendliness and service level also need to improve. Input has been given but no significant changes have been seen. The table service location arrangement needs to be reviewed. The standard of serving a 4-star breakfast needs to be checked again, including an evaluation from Archipelago management for this property. The fitness facilities also need to be reviewed, many of the equipment are worn out and need to be rejuvenated.
