Everything is awesome. The check-in process was quick (by the way you would be asked 100k for deposit but it's fine). The room was clean, breakfast is delicious and their service and hospitality is very great

Really bad service. I accidentally left my driving license in my room, no one contacted me for up to 1 week, until I had to make a call myself to check. Then I asked whether they can deliver it to my address and said no, I had to pick it up myself. I was far away so I asked whether I can pick it up with gosend, they said yes but with a really complicated steps with not even a small gesture to help. Smaller hotels even have better service than this.

They only give 2 towels in studio plus room, and extra towel will be charged. Overall experience was kind of OK, nice hospitality.

The service was great, not a big fan of the lobby since it was in the 25th floor and I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the elevator to go down (to the basement) and the basement was hot. Food was great, the room was great, also loving the breakfast lounge with the nice view.

All staff is very informative and easy-going, the check-in process is very fast even though there is a little misinformation, the breakfast buffet has many choices of menus that almost all of them taste very good. Our first flight to Kalimantan, so we have to check out at 3 am-when check out so fast & perfect with a great breakfast box, which was very well prepared by the restaurant staff. Our first flight to Kalimantan, so we have to check out at 3 am Thank you for the excellent service 👏.
