Aston Nagoya City Hotel

It's been my umpteenth time to the Aston Hotel, the hotel is nice, the staff are friendly, the hotel is clean. The breakfast menu is varied, close to the shopping center, when you go downstairs there are already many food stalls, close to the main road. Basically it's okay.

Next time I go to Batam, I will stay here.

Location is great, surrounded with restaurants, staff is helpful.

Overall was a great stay, just that the air-conditioning can be improved. Big room but small horsepower AC, hence at night maybe not too cold. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast can slightly be improved as daily similar dishes were prepared.

How many times have I stayed here? It's really nice, close to the mall, food court, souvenir shops, easy access to go anywhere. The AC is cold, the staff are friendly. The breakfast food is varied. It's all good. I'll definitely come back here again. Thank you Aston.

Aston is located in a very convenient location and easily accessible to Thamrin Food Court and Thamrin coffeeshops. Very good nasi padang, Sentehana and one Indo restaurant and one seafood restaurant located within short walking distance. The morning breakfast provided by the hotel is quite good and plenty of variety.

Very strategic location, comfortable environment, many culinary choices, jogging track facilities around the hotel, easy transportation access.

the first time staying at aston nagoya hotel, the staff are friendly, the food for breakfast is delicious, the price is quite ok, easy check in time, close to places to eat, go down the lobby directly to the place to eat, close to the road, mall. everywhere is close. ok deh. next time I want to stay here again. thank you aston.

I like staying here because it has a food court just at the side of the hotel. It is also near to the other areas of Batam city. Definitely will be my business trip hotel.

This is my 2nd stay here and the hotel just makes me feel home away from home. Very comfy stay with the cleanliness of the room, spacious. Toilet is big only that the shower a bit tiny but water flowing shower was perfect. The room is cold and spacious. I'm always very impressed by the breakfast selections of foods that being offered. Huge varieties culinary with tantalizing local cuisines awaiting us to try. The staff is super friendly and kind to offer us selection of coffees, water, juices and napkin without we having to fetch ourself. Basically, I was pampered totally. A great feeling of Home away from own home. Well done Aston Thamrin. I tried Fave Hotel next door, the only thing better was the bigger room and with balcony facilities. But the downside was at the breakfast offered there completely opposite from Aston. Even though you shared the same password, I could not get access to Aston Wifi and could not bother to request for it. Anyway, Good job Aston. Thumbs Up. I shall continue to book at this hotel whenever I come by Batam.

Good location, surrounded by food court, minimarket, cafe, reflexology, hotel and apartment. Easy access to the hotel, close to the mall. The breakfast menu is quite varied, if fasting can be replaced with sahur, although not as complete as breakfast but the sahur menu is quite varied. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel area are quite clean, the rooms are spacious, the room hallway is bright, comfortable to pass through, and fragrant.

Good to stay within a strategic location.
