Spacious room. Good services from the staffs. We stayed here during emergency PPKM, so the breakfast was delivered to our room. Swimming pool still can be used but we prefer not to.

Enjoyed our stay & hospitality!
Not sure if there is an access to balcony, would love to sit down & have a quality time with a beautiful view while sipping coffee.
Nevertheless, good breakfast, courteous hospitality & that will bring us again 🙏✨🙂

The room is quite large, with a sofa. However, I personally don't think it's as good as other Aston branches. The furniture in the room is quite old and hasn't been replaced, and the breakfast isn't as extensive as other branches. The pool is also slippery, like rubber on the top, so you have to be extra careful when climbing up.

Before selling a room, please check the room's suitability first, for example, the bathroom facilities, is the AC cold? Is the toilet dirty or clean? It would be better to renovate the bathroom, have the sheets been cleaned? Are there hands towels? Are tissues available, so that in the future you can provide better service.

The door to the room is broken, the card is read but won't open immediately, possibly with the handle.
I've reported it to reception and called a technician, but the problem hasn't been resolved.

just a note....in the restaurant, the egg cooking section can be moved to a corner or an air extractor can be placed above it. because when we eat near the egg cooking section....our hair gets the smell of the food smoke.

(+) The lobby smells really good, the staff are friendly and all smiles, the security is alert, the food is varied and suits the palate, the swimming pool is not too strong with chlorine so it's nice for swimming without making your hair stiff, the room and toilet amenities are very complete, there is a small Indomaret downstairs, the wifi is fast, the TV broadcast is clean, there are no ants, it's not bad for buying snacks, free parking
(-) The room seems old, the cleanliness is not maintained (sometimes there are small cockroaches in the toilet), around the hotel there is only an Indomaret, there are no other snack places so if you want to buy food you have to go to the mall or order online, the TV has Netflix but you have to log in with your own account, not provided by the hotel

I stayed for 5 nights at this hotel, I was happy because I got a view from a high room, overall this hotel is comfortable, but there was 1 room where I got a slightly clogged sink, for its size it was very spacious, I also had the chance to order an extra bed, but the extra bed looked a little damaged for the bed so my experience when sleeping was uncomfortable, hopefully all the damage in the room can be fixed 100%, I was happy with the restaurant area and the swimming pool, only the towels from the swimming pool were very smelly, maybe it was the smell of chlorine from the pool, I also got the chance to taste the breakfast, very luxurious, and there was boiled water, this was very comfortable, the coffee and tea were not that good, maybe if you add the cost you can get better coffee and tea, in my opinion the coffee and tea in the restaurant area were not that good, the ones in the room were still better. I also like how they provide cooked menus when there are fans like fried rice, and hmm ... I forgot a little what else on the menu, they might change the menu there every day, it is in the outdoor part of the restaurant.
