The staff is helpful, breakfast is nice, many kids activity, overall the stay was nice but one thing I don't like is the parking area. The parking lot OK but the stair used for up and down so narrow.

Short travel from Jakarta but got different vibes. Fun for family togetherness.

I had an amazing stay here. They had complete facility for you to enjoy your stay. They had pool with 3 different depth, a lake where you could enjoy fishing and canoeing, mini zoo, indoor playground area, and sandbox area. They also let you do horse riding for free. Worth every penny.

Nice to stay here. Great hospitality from Delia. Breakfast is tasty and the food many choice.

I had a pleasant time here for short escape with my husband 🤍. The front officer was nice and processed the check in very seamless (at 2.30 pm, I was already in the swimming pool). Unfortunately, I forgot her name because she didn't use her name tag. The hotel gave us free voucher for buffet dinner (because I installed the hotel app?). I had a room with pool access so it made me easier to go to the pool anytime and do the things after swimming. The room was quite spacious, the AC and the water heater worked very well, and the amenities was an OK. The room cleanliness was an OK too. But, at the first time I reached our room, there's still an extra bed leaned on the wall and some dirty dishes exactly in front of the door. In the morning, we had some peaceful walks at the jogging track with lake view and we also met cute gooses do their business there. Then we tried to workout at the gym and ended up with catching some morning sunshine at the public balcony while watching the one of event held for kids. The happiest moments was enjoying the meals in the restaurant, either on dinner or on breakfast. The meals was very tasty and the meals variety was quite much. Mas Gaga, the waitress at our dinner, was very helpful in serving us; Including gave us some meals recommendations even though it was a buffet dinner. I think I'll be back to stay insyaAllah with the other family members because this hotel was very suitable for family stay, especially family with little kids. Then, the point very-plus, the hotel isn't far away from where I live, Tangerang. Thank you, Aston Sentul!
