I stayed in the villa with 2 bed rooms with a private swimming pool and jacuzzi. The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures: spacious, super comfy and clean. The breakfast was delicious too. Surely will come back again. Thank you Aston Sentul Lake Resort. We got a surprise cake for my son's Graduation celebration. 👍👏

I revisited the place and glad to know they already acknowledged my previous requests like providing Cappucino at the breakfast hours. Some tips if you want to have the best view, choose Wing B, high floor, pool view. My previous staying was at Wing B and the view was awesome.

A large and luxurious resort with a variety of activities. The location is strategic and pleasant. The staff's response when guests arrived with their luggage for check-in was less than responsive, as was the case when bringing their luggage for check-out. The food wasn't particularly special for a luxury resort. Also, coordination between the restaurant staff when requesting a meal box for breakfast was very poor. I had to wait an hour past the promised time. The new replacement staff was very helpful. Overall, the staff were very friendly.

It was a memorable family time for us 4. There were alot of activities we did. We went for the swimming pool, table tennis, mini golf, archery, arcade and tennis by the rooftop! The view from the tennis court at the rooftop is amazing! Thank you.

A child-friendly hotel with a wide variety of activities, a quiet environment, and a wide selection of cafes and restaurants around the hotel. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is fast. The restaurant menu is varied and tastes good.

I really enjoyed staying here. The service was great, the staff were quick and friendly, the room was clean, the environment was great, and there were mini activities, perfect for bringing toddlers.
Requesting an extra blanket, boiling pasta for the kids, and having diaper bags picked up were all done promptly after a phone request.
I accidentally broke a bowl and didn't get charged for anything. I really loved it. The breakfast selection was also extensive.
Oh, and check-in was incredibly fast. I arrived at the hotel before 2:00 and was able to check in without a long wait.
If you want to eat, Sentul Cultural Park is also within walking distance. There's also a minimarket nearby. So, even though it's in the Sentul City area, it's still a great place to find food without having to leave the car.
Will definitely be a family vacation option next time 🫶🏻

A highly recommended hotel especially for families with small children, it is very pleasant to stay here, I stayed in the deluxe room and felt very comfortable because the room was spacious, clean, there was a balcony too, the AC was cold, the bed was spacious and there were many activities here, such as feeding bunnies, taking a boat across the lake, a spacious kids club, there was also an outdoor playground, there were quite a lot of animals here for children to see..
The service and service were also very friendly, the breakfast had quite a lot of variations, all delicious, unfortunately for a 6 year old child they were charged IDR 140,000 but it was okay, it paid off with the delicious food and many variations.

The service is also ok, only I got room no. 131 and 133 in front of the engine or generator room. Very noisy especially at night when it turns on, it's shocking. Although I have been given a replacement room for the 2nd night, because I brought a small child, it was a hassle to move around.
Please inform room 133 and 131 every guest who wants to check in if the engine is noisy in front. So it's more ethical and polite. Thanks

A lot of trees, calming but the sound of water pool could be less sound at night. The restaurant/cafe selection of menu could be vary each day, spend 3 day breakfast almost nothing change in the menu, less salty (healthy menu?) and found some dumpling or fried fritter cooked well outside but filling still fridge cold. Oh candy (and ice cream corner) available on weekend but vanish on weekdays, kiddos wandering where have it gone.

book a room that does not face the pool, get a room facing the lake, the view is really cool, can see lots of swans, the kids are really happy.
There are also many activities for kids and they are free, there is horse riding, boating around the lake, fishing, swimming, and the kids zone also has lots of variations of toys.
