book a room that does not face the pool, get a room facing the lake, the view is really cool, can see lots of swans, the kids are really happy. There are also many activities for kids and they are free, there is horse riding, boating around the lake, fishing, swimming, and the kids zone also has lots of variations of toys. Interesting experience staying here, easy access to the location and close to other activities. For food is quite varied although with standard taste, several days staying here the food is almost the same type. There is a mini zoo for children and a kids club.

Kids friendly hotel....you can have fun riding a boat and fishing in the artificial lake 👍🙏

Satisfied staying at the Aston Sentul Lake Resort Hotel in Sentul, unfortunately only 1 night. Cleanliness and service from friendly staff. Breakfast with a varied and delicious menu. Beautiful swimming pool view. Calm lake.

It is a mainstay for family vacations because there are quite a lot of activities for children. Moreover, the playground has been added with games.

Just a normal room for 1.6jt (total).

A few weeks before the day, we had emailed and WA the hotel regarding our special birthday & anniversary celebration. Asked to make it special. Given a surprise or hopefully a free upgrade. Accepted. Arrived at the location at half past 2, checked in..eh the room wasn't ready. Told to wait until the set time at 2.00. Whereas everywhere else early check in is allowed. This was already half past 2.00 but still not possible. The male receptionist was a bit unfriendly. After 2.10 my husband checked again, then said it was ready. So if he didn't come over, he wouldn't tell me..we could have waited until we were wrinkled. Poorly trained. The lobby is big. But very basic for an Aston. Arrived at the room very disappointed...there was only a birthday greeting on the glass. No cake & room upgrade. The cake was only delivered after my husband came down to the receptionist desk for the 2nd time, he said the morning staff didn't tell the afternoon staff. Hadehhhhh. Our room included free dinner, it turned out that the dinner was very basic for a buffet type. Even though it was Chinese themed, there was no Chinese food menu. The breakfast menu was quite extensive but mostly tasteless. Very different from our experience at other Aston Bogors, besides being given a cake, we were given a surprise plus a room upgrade too. Everything was done by WA chat only. You can check in early. I wonder if these 2 Astons are managed differently or what. On a positive note, our room was decent. The location is very peaceful, far from the crowds. There is a kids/adults game room. There are boats & fishing options. The pool is nice & clean. The AC is cold, the water heater works, the wifi is good. The petting zoo is also quite good. Please train the receptionist staff better next time, they must be friendly & responsive. Don't be rude & careless. They're the face of your hotel. And never promise to give us something you can't deliver. Thanks for the cake, Aston.

There are many variations for breakfast and dinner, the taste is all delicious, the cleanliness of the room is ok, the cleanliness of the environment around the hotel is also ok, next time I want to stay there again.

Great experience overall, need an improvement on Wi-Fi, but still 5 star for me except for the Wi-Fi.

stayed here for the 2nd time. so the choice because the hotel atmosphere is comfortable for staycation, clean air and delicious food, friendly/helpful staff. coincidentally yesterday I came here during a long holiday, there were many visitors so breakfast was a bit rushed/fighting because a lot of food ran out and the refill was quite long. aston sentul is indeed a recommended place 👍

Luxurious hotel with comfort and good facilities. Highly recommended for spending weekend/holiday time with family. The friendliness and good service from the staff as well as the delicious and varied food served are some of the things that add to the comfortable impression while staying at this hotel. Children and family activity facilities are also available with a very large public area. So that during your stay it feels very comfortable and cozy. And the hotel is also in an area that is easy to reach and close to shopping centers/cafes around.

Got a connecting room 612, even though it was for honeymoon. Moved to a twin bed room 608 instead 😆

A Wonderful Stay at Aston Lake Resort My recent stay at Aston Lake Resort was nothing short of amazing. Every dish was bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and made with fresh ingredients. It was easily one of the tastiest dinners I've had in a long time.
