It was really exciting to stay at Asyana for the first time. The location is in a village with lots of food and just a short walk away. It is very strategic. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, clean, and the service is friendly.

This is our umpteenth stay at the Asyana Sentul Hotel. Besides its easy access, the facilities are good, and the food is good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are child-friendly. The swimming pool has a mini water park, a trampoline for kids to play in, and there's also a soccer field for kids to play with. Overall, I highly recommend it. The breakfast is also delicious and has a wide variety. I'll definitely be back again 🥰

In terms of access and price, this hotel is recommended for those with families and children because it is relatively affordable and easy to access. The staff is friendly. I booked a hotel room for 4 people. When checking in, we were allowed to enter the room at 1 pm. The room didn't smell very good, whether that was the case or not I don't know. The number of towels provided was 2 and 1 towel was found in a cupboard next to the refrigerator in used condition. The number of towels provided and cleanliness are already less than satisfactory. The kettle and glasses in the room were dirty as if they had been used by the previous owner. The swimming pool is currently closed for cleaning and it is drizzling. The food at breakfast was lacking in taste and the orange juice was too sweet/overpowering.

I got the top room, which was very high up and had no elevator, so I didn't bother going down to the restaurant or the kids' pool.
Breakfast was also lacking, and it took a long time to refill empty dishes. It was left empty even though it was only 8 o'clock if we didn't ask.
As for the drinks, please note that the restaurant staff found all the juices and milk to be very sweet, like sugar water, and there was very little variety.
The staff were responsive, and the security was very helpful in carrying our luggage to the third floor.
As for cleanliness, it's good, but I suggest providing access to the third floor for ease of use. It's a shame if you bring children or the elderly.

So far, I've been very satisfied staying at this hotel with my kids. It's truly kid-friendly. Despite the abundance of trees and the ground-floor room, the atmosphere remains comfortable.

The place is very pleasant, the room is quite spacious, but it lacks air freshener and the bathroom is a bit waterlogged, the swimming pool is very clean and the breakfast is varied and delicious.

Overall, it was good, but the breakfast was not very good, bland, and uninteresting. The Wi-Fi was bad, the TV didn't work, so I had to use my phone's personal hotspot.

The room is spacious, the bed is big (king), the view is lacking, the only facility is the swimming pool, the wifi was active on the second day when I wanted to check out, there was no wifi on the first day, they said it was an error, otherwise it was quite satisfactory for a place to rest.

I've been here twice. The hotel atmosphere is really comfortable, the breakfast is varied, the receptionist is friendly, and the other staff are also friendly. 😍
