My request was a twin bed, as the double bed was squeezed in. Unfortunately, the room was located on the roadside and wasn't soundproof. The sound of passing vehicles was clearly audible.
Usually, I get what I requested, with a pool view and a twin bed.
The pillows are starting to get thin. There's a black, crusty residue on the shower head.
At breakfast, the papaya wasn't fresh; I got some really yucky papaya slices.

I like rooms that aren't too big, and this one was perfect for me. The cleanliness of the room and the environment were excellent. The staff were very friendly, and the service was also excellent. However, the sound of racing motorcycles with leaking exhausts disturbed our sleep. Hopefully, those who don't have the etiquette to race in front of the hotel will be brought to their senses soon. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but there were outsiders who were really disturbing, especially racing at 2 a.m.

Very unpleasant... I ordered a room with a balcony, but when I checked in, it turned out that if you wanted a balcony you had to note it. With the excuse that the rooms were full, I got a room on the ground floor near the restaurant and it was very noisy.

The hotel is comfortable and the service is very friendly. Ask for a prayer robe and hair dryer and they immediately provide it. The superior room is very small, so you can't move freely. There are Qibla directions, but you can't pray because it's cramped. The food is cold but there is a lot of variety.
