It needs significant improvement, many of the facilities are damaged. The food quality is also very mediocre. However, the service is quite friendly.

This is my family's favorite hotel, and we always come here every time we visit Palembang. It's close to the mall and the LRT station, and the food is delicious, the service is great, and the staff are friendly.

The hotel is strategically located. Close to the LRT station. So, it's not only cheap but also very easy to get around, including to the airport. I was even upgraded from a superior room to a deluxe room. The room was also cleaned every day, and the trash was thrown away. I didn't have a chance to try their food, but the price wasn't too expensive. The staff was also friendly and informative. I also had the chance to leave my suitcase before going home and was given a double bed room because I was alone. But we had to prepare a deposit of Rp 50,000. In my opinion, the only thing that needed to be improved was the bedsheets, they came off easily. I will stay there again next time because they have a water heater and coffee maker.

A no-drama hotel, no midnight evictions, no extra charges, spacious rooms, very cold AC, plenty of water day or night, with this price in the middle of the city in front of the mall, it's great 👍

Good affordable hotel located in central city of Palembang with spacious room. Just beside an iconic super mall in Palembang, walking distance to the LRT station, banks, and government offices. Various nice food for breakfast are available in the restaurant.

Coincidentally, we had an event in Palembang and stayed here because it was easy to get everywhere, right in the city center. However, we were a little disappointed. They said we could check in early, but when we got there, they didn't, claiming the rooms were full. So, we had to find another hotel to prepare for the event. We were really hoping for an early check-in, but that wasn't possible. Other than that, this hotel is great and affordable.
