The staff goes out of their way to address your issues and make you feel welcome. Breakfast was excellent! In addition to the buffet there are additional stuff from the kitchen on request. The manager Pak Maritu is always around to chat and make sure the guests are enjoying the stay! He even took me himself to get a haircut when I asked where to get haircut! We had 4 very restful nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, largely because of Pak Maritu and his staff!

I absolutely loved my stay at Bali Sunshine the staff were amazing thoroughly enjoyed the food the room was exactly what i needed all and all extremely happy will definitely stay there again. One thing to mention little step as you get to the top of the stairs for the upstairs rooms, watch your footing

I like the clean room with a balcony. I like the birds chirping and singing especially in the morning. I like to wake up to the sound of chicken clucking. All of this within minutes of walk to the busiest areas in Seminyak. The clean pool is a bonus when I needed to cool down. Friendly staff. Recommended.

This is a place worth staying at when visiting Bali. All the facilities are beautiful, clean, and very convenient to use. Additionally, the staff here are incredibly hospitable and friendly, which was a pleasant surprise.

Love everything here. All the facilities are there. The ladies and gentlemen are all friendly. Maybe the breakfast food could be improved in taste. But overall very excellent.🫶🏻.

The hotel staff are friendly and the receptionists are very friendly and helpful to the guests, we were satisfied staying there for 2 nights, close to the seminar venue at BCCND and the price is cheap, the rooms are very spacious and large, it is highly recommended for those who have seminar activities at BCCND to choose this hotel, it is cheap and close to the location.

The staff are friendly. The service is okay. The room is clean. But during almost 9 days of staying, the sheets were never changed. It seems like you have to request it. Toiletries are refilled twice. Breakfast has an Indian menu, but it's a shame because I had to leave early in the morning and didn't have time to taste it.

Affordable price with facility similar to luxury hotel. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. Room is spacious with sofa inside, and there 's a spacious wardrobe too. The hotel location is also close to nusa dua beach and not too far from geger beach as well. There are nearby streetfood as well but if you'd like to have some delicious indian food-the restaurant provided some good one, and they give you 10 % discount! Will definitely recommend this hotel for those who plan to reside around nusa dua.

Checked in at night, I was tired all day with lots of activities, I was also asked for a deposit even though the initial policy didn't say there was a deposit, it turned out that the room I was given had someone in it, my heart felt like it was going to stop, luckily the occupants of the room weren't angry, they were just stunned and shocked when they were given it. you have to change rooms again and the hotel doesn't have an elevator, the price is cheap but it's not okay, it's a pity that the bell boy at night also doubles as a receptionist, please improve the management, it's a pity that the hotel is so quiet, there are lots of people looking for food there, cheer up improve yourself yes.
