The room is creepy, maybe because the building is old and poorly maintained, there are lots of weeds that are not taken care of outside the glass, the glass is very dirty, it's scary because the water turns on and off by itself. If you don't believe me, just try checking room 301.

It was easy to check-in but the room cleanliness was bad. The bed sheets isnt white anymore and I found cockroach in the room😩.

Not recommended and never come back , the room is terrible.

My wife was uncomfortable in room 202. At 2:00 a.m., there was a disturbance that made it very uncomfortable to rest. There was an unclear sound that was very disturbing. The bathroom at night smelled of blood. There was an invisible figure. The room was quite spacious and the bed was comfortable. But at night, it was uncomfortable due to the disturbance of unnatural things.

Bad experience. Horror room, unpleasant atmosphere. Smelly bed sheets, AC not cold, smoking room locked. Only able to stay for 4 hours. Really bad... better go to Oyo/Reddoorz.

Bad luck, how could I be fooled by the rating. The first time I experienced ZONK booking a room on Traveloka because I was fooled by the rating. Maybe it used to be good, but after that "case" that made it like that. I also learned about this rumor from people who had lived in the city after I uploaded this incident. I booked for 1 night here and got room 226 which had a balcony. Check-in was around 9-10 pm because the flight was delayed. From the beginning, the vibes were not very good. But I kept positive thinking maybe because I was too tired after a day on the road. Unfortunately, after finishing the Isha prayer, instead of getting better, more "invisible people" appeared. At 12 o'clock I couldn't take it anymore and decided to go downstairs to ask to move rooms but at first I was not allowed on the grounds that I had occupied the room for more than 10 minutes and could not be sold again. I thought, how dare the apartment management risk the guest's life just because of a small loss (150-200k/night) compared to human life that cannot be valued with anything. I still asked to move rooms, if not allowed I still did not want to go back to that room. Long story short, they allowed me to move to the front room and still on the same floor. It was really different, the vibes of the other room were still considered normal even though it was not 100% but still tolerable. I was really annoyed with the receptionist who was on duty that night who was not aware, starting from when I went downstairs shaking in fear and did not ask why if it was not because I was the one who came to her desk. If I told everything here it would not be enough because 1 night which was only a few hours felt very long and the incidents were all beyond reason but I really experienced it and I am sure the apartment management already knows "what" or "who" was bothering me. If the apartment management is open to receiving suggestions & input from guests/visitors, I would say that BVA should be “CLEANED” first. EVERYTHING WITHOUT EXCEPTIONS! Really clean it first if it is still going to operate. It is a shame for the guests who come if they are always disturbed and can even endanger their safety. Meeting people who are not strong physically & mentally, it will be a disaster. For those who have children, especially those who are still small, it is highly not recommended!
