This is great for a minimal budget but unbelievable rooms and views can be as good as this, satisfied and recommended with the service. Clean and the concept is nature, good. Children are happy, addicted to it again. Thanks, God willing, one day come back here again

The villa staff is friendly, and the service is very fast. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is clean. However, it is a bit disturbing for other guests who come late at night and chat until 3 a.m. They want to reprimand them but are still sleepy, which disturbs their sleep. I hope the management can be understanding towards noisy guests. Overall, I really like the villa, the atmosphere is beautiful. I highly recommend Villa Bantal Guling Lembang.

Overall, everything is good. It's very cool up to 16°. The only drawback is that the blanket is too thin. So it's cold to the bone. I even asked the receptionist for 3 blankets.

Title: Enjoyable Stay Experience at Bantal Guling Villa
I stayed for 1 night at Bantal Guling Villa and was quite satisfied with the facilities provided. One of the things I liked the most was the private smoking area and terrace behind the room which provided extra comfort and privacy. The location is strategic, close to tourist attractions and easily accessible from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and in accordance with the photos displayed on the site.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed information about local transportation.
The only thing that could be improved is the Wi-Fi connection which was sometimes slow at night. However, this was not too disturbing because I spent more time outside.
I highly recommend this place for travelers looking for comfortable, clean, and affordable accommodation.
The room was clean and comfortable enough to rest after a trip. The location is quiet, perfect for relaxing without disturbance. Although only one night, I felt at home and enjoyed the atmosphere.
This place is perfect for guests looking for accommodation with a private area and a quiet atmosphere. I will come back again if I visit this area.

During check in/out, there was no staff on site so we had to wait 5-10 minutes, the room had no partition between it and the balcony, it was not soundproof, so it was very noisy, the food was bland, ordered fried noodles and eggs, there were no eggs, cleanliness was okay, the environment was cool and beautiful.

Stayed here for the first time during a long weekend, in a Family Room for 6 people, the price was quite expensive, 775 thousand rupiahs per night.. no hot water for the shower (from checking in in the afternoon until checking out the next afternoon, even though that was the facility listed on Traveloka) and the weather and water were very cold.. towels were not ready, only given after being asked for first.. no wardrobe.. shower also had no tap underneath.. liquid soap was given in a used mineral water bottle.. sad... very disappointed... the hotel's reason was because many guests used hot water.... that was an unacceptable reason.. we customers don't want to know their business and responsibilities.. it was their obligation.. we clearly paid a lot for it and felt very disadvantaged...

kecewa banget masa saat check in ternyata kamar belum dibersihkan, sangat kotor gk layak di tempati padahal check in jam 4!!!
alasan katanya saya dtang kecepatan, kan kocak check in aja telat 😅 ....
sudah begitu minta handuk, sabun mandi dan sikat gigi odol, yang datang hanya handuk!! sabun dan odol tidak datang juga sampai kita checkout!!! katanya ada sabun di kamar mandi padahal itu jelas banget sabun cuci piring, warna ijo transparan dengan wangi seperti sabun cuci sunlight 😅😅
sebenarnya letak villa nya strategis, tempatnya pun memiliki view yang bagus, disediakan juga kompor dan panci beserta piringnya (tidak ada sendok garpu)..
