Gentile Batiqa Hotel, Thank you for your kind hospitality services. At first sudden checking in late afternoon almost break fasting but you offered thing that the guest need regarding their request. I came from Jakarta and need to meet my lecturer in campus for the next day. The hotel is very close to my campus PresUniv and Finalmente I did my best for things to do in Campus. Thank you. This hotel is fully recommended.

Overall a good stay, but it could be better if bidet washer pressure was higher, instead they could add some jet wahser. bathroom needs to have some door lock to it, considering people staying here are not always a couple. Check in time was a little slow & can be improved. Variety of fruits in breakfast menu could be added more. Hope this feedback helps

The hotel location is quite strategic, close to Living Plaza Jababeka, McD Jababeka and shops. Passed by public transportation routes.
The staff, from security, front office, to restaurant staff, are very friendly and helpful.
The check-in process is fast and easy.
Comfortable rooms with sufficient space. There are directions to the Qibla and enough space to pray comfortably.
Tea, coffee, sugar and drinking water are provided which can be refilled in the dispenser in the hallway.
The bathroom is separated between the toilet and shower. Although the size is narrow, it is still comfortable to do personal activities in it.
Hot water is available for bathing but the hot water smells a bit when used at first, although the smell will disappear after a while.
Suggestion: please provide a tap to make ablution easier.
