From the moment I arrived, I was immediately greeted by very friendly staff, given a welcome drink upon check-in. Initially, the room's AC wasn't cold, but I called and they immediately fixed it. It's really confusing for those who gave it a 1 star. In my opinion, this is a 5 star plus. It's a 3 star hotel but the service is not inferior to a 5 star hotel. I will come back here again.

Too many rules, and the staff is slow. I booked three rooms, but one was hot and the AC was broken. I asked the staff to fix it, but no one came. Then my family came and asked for my ID card.

What kind of hotel is this? I booked a family room, but even though I paid the highest price, the air conditioning wasn't even cold. I contacted the hotel that night and was told to be patient and wait, but there was no explanation. I'm fed up with paying so much for nothing. Don't come here, it's better.

The food lacked variety. The bread wasn't soft enough. Usually, sausages are available, but this time they weren't. The kwetiau was replaced with noodles. The fried rice lacked flavor. Compared to my previous visit.

I was fed up, but when I checked out at 10 a.m., I couldn't check in my luggage. I was going to go sightseeing while waiting for my flight. This was the first time I couldn't check in my luggage at a hotel. I've been all over Indonesia, and the service is unsatisfactory and outdated. I'm fed up.
