The location is really good, just cross to Tunjungan Plaza, there is a food stall in front of the hotel, the staff is friendly, I like the room 🫶🏻

Got a room on the 8th floor, you can see the city lights, and the location is very strategic, if you want to go to TP, you just have to cross the street, hehe

The location is very strategic, just walk to Tunjungan Plaza, everywhere is close, there are many culinary around the hotel, the city view from the room is good, only the cleanliness of the room needs to be improved, the wifi cannot be used at night. But overall it's good, recommended for a hotel in the middle of Surabaya with an affordable price.

responsive and friendly staff. on the night I checked in there was heavy rain, wind, and lightning. I was placed on the top floor (if I'm not mistaken, the 7th floor). the receptionist called to check if the room was safe. it turned out there was a leak in front of the telephone desk. finally the room was upgraded to a higher one. thank you ma'am. if I hadn't called, I might have only realized that there was a leak at night. the distance to Tunjungan Plaza is very close. just walk across the hotel.

When I go to Surabaya, I always stay here. It's close to everywhere, and it's across from the mall, not far to the mall.

the hotel staff is very friendly. it's a shame there are German cockroaches in the room and bathroom, actually this review doesn't need to be written because it has been conveyed to the staff directly, but it's okay so that you are more aware and hopefully the cleanliness is maintained well

Everything is fun, never disappointing, except yesterday room 803 the door lock was broken, I could get out but not get in again. Please upgrade the door lock again or have it maintained.
