I had a good time staying in this hotel, I stayed for 7 days. The room is clean, not that big but I like it and it is enough for me who had a solo trip and more to staycation. Their services also good, the best! Friendly, helpful. Every day they'll change the towel added the water to drink (which so helpful for me because I drink water quite often), and clean the room as well. I'd love to stay here again next time when I visit Surabaya. Too bad I haven't tried their food, they have a restaurant too by the way.

I feel likes in a home when I stay at this hotel... Very comfort and homey... Location of this hotel is very strategic, near from mall tunjungan, Mc donald, kfc... Very recommended

Thank God, for my first experience staying at Bekizaar Hotel, it was really comfortable, with friendly staff, easy facilities and other supporting facilities, and the cleanliness was really great. I highly recommend coming here again. Thank you to all parties.

Overall, a great stay at the Hotel Bekizzar Surabaya, located opposite Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya, is just a 5-minute walk. The hotel is clean, the food is varied, and the staff is friendly. It's great.
