Kamarnya cukup nyaman, ada balkoni dan view sawah. Cuma bbrp fasilitas kurang spt water heater rusak, telepon putus nyambung, handuk yang sudah kusam. Karena bayarnya cukup mahal pas liburan lebaran, mustinya bisa lebih baik lagi. Namun staff baik dan ramah, makanan juga enak. Water park nya okay untuk anak2. Kolam renang untuk dewasa juga ada tapi tidak sebesar anak2.

Did contact the operator team asking for king-size bed but when arrive didn't provide, when come to hotel was given a smoking room but and smell awful. Door bathroom can't closed well, ac can't max cold.

The positive first, beautiful view of river (although lots of random dudes fishing, but no biggie). The bad, it was super super dirty. I mean litters trash right in front of our front door. The room was full of cobweb and dusts on visible surface and under the bed. We called the housekeeping twice, first one because they didn't do a good job and we had to take the supervising role telling them what to do. I mean yes the price was quite low, but it 's just way too dirty for 500ribu per day. Another thing, when I asked them to remove the empty can from our front door, one cleaning dude just removed it from the door and threw it away on the ground about 5 meters away. Wow! We ended up driving to Batu to find another hotel. Good thing we brought our own car.

Basically, this is nice view resort. The facilities are quite complete. The room condition need to be upgrade. The bathroom tiles are cracked and has an old style design. I think this resort need to be upgrade. There is no refrigerator in the room and that was disappointing. Breakfast is just ordinary, all dishes lack seasoning. Apart from all that, I came here because I wanted to enjoy an extraordinary view and I was very satisfied
