We love staying in Bigland Hotel Bogor. My husband and I stayed 1 night. The room is clean including the toilet, It's well furnished with new furniture. It also has pretty interior design. We stayed on 20th floor and got a beautiful night view. I think I'll come back next time with my kids.

Initially quite hesitant to stay, after reading the reviews finally decided to stay here and the decision was very right.
Access to the hotel is quite confusing, hopefully there are instructions at the beginning of the alley, to make it easier for people, because from the road to the lobby is quite far.
Book a room with a balcony, and must deposit 100k to get access to open the balcony. From the room and balcony the view is very beautiful, especially at night and morning (when sunrise).
At the hotel there is a rooftop with the slogan - The highest Rooftop Cafe in the city of Bogor with a beautiful city view. The menu served is very varied and the price is still fairly standard.
Breakfast in the morning with a fairly varied menu. Of all the menus, I really like the chicken curry lontong. Delicious! Beside the breakfast location there is a pool. Unfortunately the pool does not have a city view or a wide view, it is covered by quite high ornaments.
Overall, staying here is very pleasant and recommended to repeat it again.

restaurant staff: slow, messy restaurant atmosphere, no variety of food, muddy location because it is combined with swimming pool, all the food places are messy and the staff is not fast, not nice to look at, the staff is also not friendly at all, when eating the staff goes back and forth carrying trash trolleys, gosh it makes your appetite disappear. even though it is said to be an international hotel, it seems not ready to handle crowded seasons. the service staff is also stiff and very disappointing. the only good thing is the security when entering and parking. bad experience ever.

The bathroom size is not big enough, the sink outside reduces the aesthetics of the room. Hotel facilities are not comparable to the hotel capacity, so during peak season it is too crowded (Lobby, Lift, breakfast area & parking). The positive side is the quality of the facilities in the room is good, the employees are friendly and responsive. The best is the view from the room. Cool. If I may suggest, the cafe on the rooftop can be opened in the morning to see the sunrise.

tried the apart version of bigland, comfortable, clean, and the staff are also friendly. the downside is that this apart version doesn't have a mini bar & hairdryer unlike the hotel room type. there is a balcony but it can be opened with the approval of the hotel for security. so far so good, what's a bit confusing is the many lifts & they're always busy
