We love staying in Bigland Hotel Bogor. My husband and I stayed 1 night. The room is clean including the toilet, It's well furnished with new furniture. It also has pretty interior design. We stayed on 20th floor and got a beautiful night view. I think I'll come back next time with my kids.

If you go to Bogor, you will definitely choose Big Land, because you can choose a large and cheap king-size bed or a family room but it's not cheap, the twin type is also nice, the food is delicious, basically it's good 👍 Thank you

When I arrived at the hotel, the service in the lobby area and the professional front office made me happy, but when I entered room 1701 to store my belongings, I found several things that should have been fixed, such as cables sticking out behind the bed, dirty curtains, stained blankets. But what made me not comment on the first day was because of the welcoming cake that my family liked.
When dinner time arrived, we went to the sky cafe, first we were directed and given a menu by the waitress, but what annoyed me was that there was no waiter/waitress monitoring the outdoor area. I deliberately waited 5-15 minutes but no waiter/waitress came to follow up. Then I saw the officers on duty joking while drinking, because we were hungry, I finally came to the bar and ordered food.
And the next day I didn't come to the sky cafe for dinner so I ordered food through room service, I admit that someone who handled our order was extraordinarily more professional and fluent in English than at the sky cafe.
Overall we enjoyed staying here but the level of hospitality in each department needs to be improved.

The second time here because of the strategic location, minus the car parking which is a bit difficult. The check-in and check-out process is quite fast, not to mention getting a nice view in the room makes the atmosphere even more comfortable. Initially quite hesitant to stay, after reading the reviews finally decided to stay here and the decision was very right.
Access to the hotel is quite confusing, hopefully there are instructions at the beginning of the alley, to make it easier for people, because from the road to the lobby is quite far.
Book a room with a balcony, and must deposit 100k to get access to open the balcony. From the room and balcony the view is very beautiful, especially at night and morning (when sunrise).
At the hotel there is a rooftop with the slogan - The highest Rooftop Cafe in the city of Bogor with a beautiful city view. The menu served is very varied and the price is still fairly standard.
Breakfast in the morning with a fairly varied menu. Of all the menus, I really like the chicken curry lontong. Delicious! Beside the breakfast location there is a pool. Unfortunately the pool does not have a city view or a wide view, it is covered by quite high ornaments.
Overall, staying here is very pleasant and recommended to repeat it again.
