The service of the staff at the reception was very fast, at check in did not wait too long. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was very clean, making it comfortable to sleep. The breakfast menu is also very varied, so it is not boring and the taste is very fitting on the tongue.

Slow response in communication. The request for an extra bed wasn't noted in the system, so it wasn't ready yet; we had to wait to find one (if available), even though it was almost dawn when we checked in.

Check in was on time at 2, it was a bit of a hassle because my friend's luggage was left there, luckily the staff was kind enough to help me carry it to my room. When I arrived, my key card was broken, but the staff immediately helped me replace it with a new one. Although the wait was a bit long, about 2 hours, it was okay because I could rest in my room. The room was clean, but Netflix and the kettle for boiling water didn't work, even though they tried other rooms. The location is strategic, because I was going to have a concert at JIS, it was close, there is an Indomaret inside the hotel complex, so it's convenient if you need anything. Next time I have a concert at JIS, I want to stay here again :)))

Stayed 4 days 3 nights for an event, the first day the AC went out at 1 am, but the technician was quick to respond to the case (case closed in 20 minutes). The third day, the access card was broken, wanted to enter the room at 1:30 so it was delayed and had to call the FO person first. The room was full of cockroaches. The food was not varied. Overall, the facilities need to be improved, the HR manner is already very hotelier.

Stayed here for a music festival. The location was great, easy to access, quite near the venue. The room was spacious, and the refrigerator & electric kettle worked well. I couldn't control the AC, though, but the cold was enough. The water heater also worked very well. But sometimes I found tiny cockroaches in the bathroom, and there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. The food was 5/10, dry and not that tasty, but the variation was good. But I think they're short staffed. One day they didn't ask us what room we were from when we wanted to eat breakfast, and some food booths were also left unattended. Nobody really helped us when we checked out to open the door or with our luggage (we brought a lot) because we had to go to the lobby by stairs, and the receptionist was in a mezzanine. If you ordered food online, you had to go to the basement, and it was a bit confusing because you couldn't see the security right away. But all the staff were very nice and polite. So yeah, 7/10.
If you're just looking for a place to sleep and wash for an event, it's actually okay; the price is good too.

Strategic location. There's a dedicated parking area in the basement for hotel guests, not shared with apartment residents. However, the exit signage is incomplete, resulting in a different exit from the entrance, which is far from the lobby.
