The hotel staff is friendly and responsive. For that price, it's okay, but the AC is not cold enough, even after changing rooms it's still not cold. The parking lot is also not spacious enough. Other than that, it's safe. The location is also close to the mall.

Starting from entering the lobby, checking in to checking out, the staff are ready to help and friendly, very comfortable to stay, only 1 drawback is that the TV sound does not come out, it doesn't matter because I don't like watching TV
