It was a pleasant first stay. The hotel and room were well-appointed, and the amenities were adequate. The only downside was that you had to get your own drinking water from the dispenser in the hallway. The breakfast menu was quite varied, and the staff were also friendly.

The staff are all friendly, the AC remote was dead and replaced with a new one, but the downside is the cleanliness because the glasses are dirty, and the room is not soundproof.

On my first day at CI Hotel Carani, the hotel staff and reception were very friendly. I stayed here for a family vacation.
For the same room size, I booked a 'Family Double Bed' type, priced at around 350,000 Rupiah, including breakfast. It was very well worth it.
The breakfast menu varies every morning, and the food is quite delicious.
Just so you know, this hotel was named 'Amaris Hotel Sagan' in 2018 and is now called 'Carani Hotel'.
Just like in 2018, I had a very comfortable stay. The room had the usual hotel amenities, such as:
1. Hairdryer in the bathroom
2. LCD TV with cable subscription
3. Mini safe that actually still worked, but the battery was missing.
Overall, it was very comfortable and worth staying here. ☺

The staff is friendly, when I needed an iron, it was delivered straight away. The room is also clean, everything is safe. The hot water also works, it's comfortable and honestly I was surprised because for that price I got a good hotel because when I chose it, I was just looking for a so-so price, the location is also strategic and easy to get around. I just didn't take the breakfast package, so I don't know what the food tastes like. Thank you Carani for the memorable experience. Continued success and busy

The room I booked was quite cramped, and there wasn't even a prayer area. Check-in was also required at 2:00 PM WIB, and couldn't be earlier than 30 minutes (perhaps the hotel was full at the time and the room wasn't ready yet).
