I've stayed here several times, but I was surprised that at 9 pm the motorbike parking lot was locked, even though it had never been locked before. I wanted to enjoy Surabaya's nightlife :')
Please consider the parking and the notification about the curfew for parking.

The staff was friendly and gave me a room with a balcony. Overall, it's good for its class, and it's close to landmarks and several train stations.
However, the entrance is a bit confusing, and the front parking lot is dominated by vehicles parked at the adjacent shop. It's not recommended for those driving, but it's fine for backpackers.

Clean bathroom, clean bedroom, easy access to ATMs and markets.
When I first arrived, I thought it was an adult-only hostel, but many of the rooms are family-friendly and safe for children. It's worth it for the low price.
In Jakarta, it's similar to boarding houses in the Persaudaraan Hospital area, with more or less the same air-conditioned facilities.

Highly recommended, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, everything is okay, the only drawback is that if you bring a lot of stuff, it's difficult to climb the stairs, but thankfully there are staff who are willing to help lift the stuff.

There's no doubt I've stayed here many times.
Every time I have an event in Surabaya, I always stay here, whether alone or with family.
The only downside is that if you have a lot of luggage, it's difficult to climb the stairs, especially if you get a room on the third floor.

Overall, this hotel is very good in all aspects, clean and well-maintained rooms, no smoking in the hotel environment so the air is very fresh, communicative employees and very good service and quick response, the owner is very friendly and likes to share experiences, access to strategic places is very close and only walking distance, culinary in front of the hotel that is on standby until late at night, a calm, comfortable hotel atmosphere and the most impressive with a minimal budget in the room there is a mirror, tissue, trash can, clean and large enough towels ... cool AC and a large enough TV ... plus welcome drinks available 24 hours for guests and a dispenser for refilling mineral water ... very satisfied staying 2 nights here, originally wanted to book 3 nights but it was full ... basically if I go to Sby I will definitely stay here again ... 👍
