This hotel is very clean, the building is nice, the service is also good, the employees are friendly, polite and fast. The location is very strategic, looking for food is also very easy. The price is also pretty good for this kind of hotel. Every time my family and I go to Magelang, we always stay at this hotel. The facilities at the hotel are also complete. The service is really ok.

(+) The room is spacious, the view is good, the air conditioner is quite cold, the staff is friendly and helpful. (-) There is no teapot in the room, the towels are torn, still given it, there are pink stains as well as a torn towel, there is also a deposit of 100 thousand per room in advance.

Hotel slippers are not provided. The others are okay for a budget hotel. Champion rooftop view, okay breakfast, not bad.

The rooms are quite clean, but there is no electric kettle, the hot water is a bit difficult to turn on, the location of the hotel is quite strategic, the service is friendly especially from the restaurant even though it comes on weekdays but the service is very friendly, the food is delicious, could be more varied, the view is good.

Travel to Jakarta - Magelang until morning. Call the hotel first if you can check in early and it is allowed because the condition of the hotel is not having many visitors. Arriving in the morning at the hotel in the morning, they were asked to charge half the price to enter the early check-in.

The room is damp with leaking spots. The cleaning of the partitioned room is not clean (lots of dust). Towels are brown and already torn. Not all staff are friendly and helpful

Senang menginap di hotel ini, puas sama fasilitas nya, air kenceng, AC dingin, pusat kota dekat kemana-mana! Kurangnya wifi trouble, tidak ada pemanas air dan gula kopi teh, channel TV tidak lengkap. Tapi overall puas banget, kalo ke Magelang psti ke sini lagi 👌🏻

Kenaikan harga saat periode lebaran dapat dimaklumi. Akan tetapi tidak diimbangi dengan pelayanan. Mungkin juga tidak siap dengan kepadatan tamu. Mungkin keengganan staff harus bertugas saat lebaran. Masuk kamar, botol minum cuma 1. Padahal reservasi type nano 2 tamu. Ingin segera mandi, tapi handuk belum tersedia. Minta ke housekeeping cuma datang 1. Amenities mandi, pasta gigi juga cuma 1. Saat rebah, terdapat noda pada sprei, tepat di bawah bantal. Channel tv hanya 1 channel yang tampilannya normal. Kran shower toilet bocor. Tetesan menimbulkan suara yang cukup mengganggu.

Fasilitas pemanas air kopi, teh, gula ternyata tidak ada. Agak kecewa sih. Saya juga yang salah ga baca deskripsi dengan cermat. Tapi biasanya kalo fasilitas itu setiap hotel ada. Baru pertama ini aja masuk hotel ga ada fasilitas pemanas air, kopi, teh, gula.
