The only good point is the room is so spacious and quite clean, even though the bathroom's floor feels sticky. The negative parts: - the security guard is so discriminative. The guy tends to provide good service only for those who look rich and picked up by fancy cars. He offer himself to carry the luggage and so on. While when I was picked up by the LCGC car, he didn't even help the driver tell another car 's driver who just stopped in the front of the lobby for quite a long time! Instead he asked (without good manners to my driver) asked the driver to retreat. He seemed hesitant to ask the "fancy car" to make a move. What a disgusting discriminating service! Train your team to provide equal service to all guests, not discriminating service!- AC in the room is not cool. I already set it to 16 degrees but it feels like 24 degrees. Never stay in this hotel anymore! Ask your security team who standby on 13 July 2023, around 23.00 PM.

Great hotel in purwokerto, love the javanese atmosphere, great service, good food and hospitality, awesome gym and swimming pool. Very recommend

Stay at the hotel that is located at cold Mountain Springs, and there is no hot water for 2 days, which is a very, very bad experience, no information (about their broken hot water system) seems like we cacthed on their trap.

Clean accommodation, very friendly service, and reasonable prices.
