This place is awesome! Very clean and convenient with affordable restaurant that opens late and reliable wifi. It also has a vending machine for cold drinks and a 24hrs convenience store right in front of! Definitely will stay here again. Breakfast is all you can eat with both indonesian and continental options, lots of fruits and at least two kind of fresh juices

Was given dirty room upon check in. The manager explained it was some error in their system. And we were given clean room afterward. Though it wasn't really clean after all. Found some peanuts under the bed.

The hotel has a good location but the hotel does not have lift, and the worst impression was we smelt something disgusting on the way to the receptionist from the parking lot. Hope the managerial can overcome this. 🙏.

First of all, they gave us a room with a very strong smell of paint. Asked another room but they're fully booked, so they only gave a room purifier machine, which didn't help at all. They shouldn't sell a room that is not ready yet. Then the cups was so dirty, it seemed never been cleaned. I washed it with soap en spons that I bought. It can be cleaned like a brand new cup. In my double room, we got slippers. While in my mom ' s twin bed room no slippers available. The HK staff are friendly, however they might to be trained about the cleanliness more thoroughly. My daughter was taking a bath when a centipedes crawling on the feet. We handled it, but it ' s quite disturbing finding insect in your room. Last visit we had a good time in your hotel, that ' s why we booked again this time. However, this visit is quite a disappoinment. I believe they will take some actions regarding this matters. Looking forward staying in WN campus hotel with better improvement on our next visit.
