This 4 star resort deserves at least 5 star in my opinion! It started right when we were about to check-in. There were many visitors, but we didn't have to wait for long. They were able to expedite the check-in process well. The receptionist crew were super friendly, and really spent the extra mile to engage in exciting conversations with you. They provided us with a refreshing welcome drink as well. The facilities of the resort seemed quite complete. They all seemed to be very well maintained. The room was spacious and very clean, and the front desk was always very accommodating to fulfil any requests. The restaurant was very nice and the crew were very helpful. The food variety was great and the taste was good. They paid attention to details too, they had heater for their swimming pool so everyone could enjoy the not-so cold temperature of the water. They have movie nights that you shouldn't miss, plus the free pop-corn. The view was beautiful, and we couldn't miss to see the sunrise! We were able to see Bali as well! I would say that this was one of the best hotels that I've stayed at! I'd definitely stay here again for the next trip to Banyuwangi! The hotel location was superb! Has a great sunrise view! We stayed in deluxe garden view room (cottage), room size was big with a semi outdoor bathroom. I think the part of bathroom open roof should be covered with polycarbonate or acrylic so when raining, the bathroom floor not become wet. Also need to clean the frog statue in the backyard. But overall we enjoyed staying here.

We stay at the family room with beautiful view. It's very comfy and clean Room, The room lighting was nice, not to bright, not to dim. It's nice since we travel with kids. Delicious meal, breakfast and dinner. Friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend this hotel if you visit Banyuwangi.

We had such a pleasant stay there! Very good value of money, clean facilities, accessible location, a wide variety of breakfast (vegan friendly), the staffs were very friendly and helpful. Wished we stayed longer at Illira!

Very nice resort near Ijen. The late checkout at 12 allows visiting Ijen in the night / early morning, be back for breakfast, and even take a few hours of sleep. The big swimming pool was a plus, very nice to recover from the very warm temperature.

Great hotel with great ambience and great service. The location is strategic and perfect location for business as well as leisure. The service is excellent by their staff. Clara is really great staff and always taking care the guests during the breakfast. She is really hospitality person. I also met Mr Mario, Sales Executive. He is such a nice and humble person. He came to my table for breakfast and talk anything to make us feel comfortable and happy. He gave me a lot of recommendation on where we need to go sightseeing in Banyuwangi. He knows everywhere in Banyuwangi and propose to go together. On my check-in, handle by Aisyah. She is also nice and friendly staff in reception. On my first stay, on my check-in handled by Sheema. She is friendly, polite and energetic. Great hotel with great staff.

Perhaps the best place to stay in Jajag. Rooms were spacious and clean with AC and en-suite bathroom. The hotel has a large pool and a very good restaurant serving very good quality Indonesian and Chinese food. The lumpia is recommended. A buffet breakfast was served by the pool.

Went to this hotel for transit before we go to Bali. Our room was upgraded for free, and the room was clean and pretty big. The staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good & assorted cake was delicious! Definetely would stay here again.

They have renovate the place, the room is not too big but clean and comfy....its located strategically in the heart of the city near the blambangan park and sritanjung park. overall we are satisfied with our stay here.

The hotel is clean and easy to find public transportation. The front desk staff friendly. Room big and good. I stay 3 days due to satisfy.

Checked in early. The staff were really kind and listening. The place is really clean. Would definitely recommend this place for people who are staying in Banyuwangi for quite a long term. They have hot water, all shower amenities, free mineral water, I was served tea every morning. Slept well, thick blankets, cool AC, they also have body pillows which I also really love. Overall the stay has been wonderful. Would definitely stay here on my next business trip to Banyuwangi. Thanks!
