This is my review dedicated for the hotel staff(s)! I really need to send my gratitude to all of Azana Asia Cilacap hotel staff(s) who took whole measure for finding and sending me back my forgotten belonging. They contacted me when I was already 2 hours ride to Purwokerto saying that one of my baby personal belonging left at the room. Since it will be burdensome to make a trip back to Cilacap, I was on the verge of letting it go. But when I casually asked whether they can send it back to my home in Jogja, they gladly accepted my request. So, thank you, thank you so much for all of the hotel staff(s). Kudos to you, guys! And, lastly for the F&B, do try theirs! The coffee menu is delicious! They also have instant noodle bar, hah! Even I opt-out breakfast during my stay but I ordered at their restaurant for lunch and evening snacks, and I didn't regret it. Last, thanks for the pleasant staying experience, Azana Asia Cilacap! Successes to you all!

It 's a so so stay with them, nothing is really special about the hotel. In fact, the building was seemed an old building and pretty far from the city. The bathroom was not really clean, the water from the shower couldn't drained well the hot water was not really hot though we had set it to the max. They played murotal from the Qur'an verses anytime, didn't know what was the purpose about it since as far as I know that the hotel wasn't a syari (they didn't mentioned it at all). Lost my spoon and plate as well, seemed they cleaned it when cleaning out the room when I was not around.

Initially I've got a room without external view. But then the reception give a non-smoking room with view to the Lobby. It was very nice experience to stay there.

Not really awesome though, just fair. The bedsheet was old and not white, but the carpet was fine.

Strategic location, and excellent breakfast but they need to improve the cleanliness of the room. The toilet was a bit dirty and I found a cockroach there. Be mindful to book the triple shared room because it is located at the old building which doesn't have a lift.
