The hotel staff is very friendly, the price is cheap for a hotel in Bali, access everywhere is close, but I'm not comfortable with the blanket. Please replace it with a softer blanket. But overall it's good

Trash under the bed, terrible hair left in the bathroom, the view outside the window is full of trash, (hopefully more attention is paid to cleanliness), there is no doormat in the bathroom, the bathroom door must be locked before it can be closed, if you want to open it, it is loud and makes a loud noise, imagine opening the bathroom in the middle of the night, disturbing the peace of other rooms, noise from outside is very loud inside and vice versa, not suitable for long stays, the price is suitable for short stays.
Hopefully the management will take note of this and make improvements in the future, no intention to denigrate.

True to its name, Coco de Heaven.
It truly is like heaven.
I will be back here again.
The staff was very kind, helping me carry my heavy luggage to the second floor.
It's comfortable here at a very affordable price. I was also allowed to leave my luggage before check-in time.

1. The AC is not cool. 2. The water heater does not work properly, they don't provide soap and toilet paper. Many stains on the toilet. 3. Quite noisy at night because I can still hear vehicles pass by the hotel from my room and the neighbor giggling outside. 4. I found a single long hair in my bed, perhaps they didn't change the sheet before. TV remote not working.

The bathroom wall was peeling, and the sink, mirror, toilet, and toilet floor looked dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned.
The parking area was not managed or assisted, making it difficult for the pick-up car to enter.
The staff present at the time were not responsive to the situation.
