Conrad Bali

Beautiful experience! The staff could not do enough to make our stay special. The choice of food could be better and the breakfast area is quite small for the number of people so can feel quite crowded. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel every time if you are looking to relax and forget about your stresses.

From the moment we arrived at The Conrad we were welcomed as valued guests by all the staff! With a refreshing beverage in hand and a cool Balinese breeze through the open lobby, reception was friendly and speedy. The bell desk was swift to anticipate our needs for luggage storage and transport. We entered our cool, clean spacious room to relax on our balcony, enjoying the view of the ocean, central pool and grounds. Selamat pagi! was the lovely greeting the next morning at the breakfast buffet which was extensive and delicious. We especially loved enjoying our meal outside under an elevated palapa. Sitting poolside later we commented to ourselves how attentive and hard-working the pool attendants were to the guests. One of the servers from the pool bar/grill recognized my husband from our visit 2 years prior! This connection made us feel like family. We also enjoyed the Conrad's location on Jalan Pratama for it's walkability to eateries, casual shopping and spas. Our grandchildren fed the koi, played at the Kid's Club and built sandcastles poolside. One of our family members was celebrating a birthday as the 8 of us dined at 8 Degrees South one evening. The restaurant prepared a special dessert for her and sang as well! Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. Well done and cheers to The Conrad Bali staff!

The property is large and spacious, ample room to explore and discover the lush greenery and water features. U would not know that there was a huge wedding going on at the Infinity chapel if u didn’t explore extensively! The service was impeccable and staff were very polite and accommodating. I particular liked the use of WhatsApp, where staff were very responsive in helping me make bookings, providing information. Special mention to Cicilia and Refan for helping me with my grab delivery issue. They were friendly, supportive and went beyond to ensure my issue was resolved. The main pool area is also a wonderful place to hangout, allowing me the respite from my daily stresses. I would definitely return to Conrad Bali for my next vacation!

Perfect place to stay if you just want to relax and do nothing!

We just returned from our trip to Bali and already cannot wait to go back! We spent a few days in Ubud and then stayed in Nusa Dua at the Conrad Bali Resort and Spa. The Conrad hands down was one of the best place we’ve ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived the staff were so attentive and the resort was so beautiful. Our room was huge and clean! The Conrad team is what really makes this place incredible from the pool area, the restaurants, the lounge, to the front desk, and all throughout the resort! Special shout out to our Conrad Curator, Teresia, for making our stay even more memorable by helping us arrange for activities, restaurant reservations and airport transportion. She welcomed us with a lovely card and welcome gift and was in constant communication with us making sure we were well cared for. She was amazing! I also did the sunrise yoga class every morning while I was there and the instructor, Kadek, was just lovely! The views were breathtaking! We also attended the themed night dinner and watched the Fire Dance Show. Again, the staff were wonderful, remembering our names and what drinks we normally ordered. Shout out to our sweet and kind waiter, Putu! Special thanks to the lovely staff at RIN where we ate breakfast every morning and knew how we liked our coffees. Can’t forget the pool staff at the main pool and Azure who always made sure we had fresh pool towels, cold water, and cold, scented washcloths. If you go, try their BLT and truffle fries.

Extensive well-kept property with ample pool space and seating throughout the property. The rooms are well maintained, clean and spacious. All service staff are friendly, efficient, and helpful. Prices for food and drink appear to be higher than most of the surrounding properties.

Good spot to stay, no real complaints. Beach gets three stars not great, if you are a pool person then its okay. Hotel close to other restaurants if you went to explore outside hotel restaurants. i would try another hotel next time. Service and Bali culture in General gets an A+

Second time here and it did not disappoint super friendly efficient staff. The grounds are stunning food great really is a very special hotel. Absolutely fabulous! We loved it here not many hotels can top this one it really is very special. Thank you Conrad Bali you made it very special for us on arrival and the way you had made our bed up for the first night was a very nice touch. Thank you

It was a very enjoyable stay for our family with young kids. All the staff we met were very hospitable and polite and always greeted us with a smile. The food selections at the restaurants were able to meet our different needs such as vegetarian options and kids friendly, to taking care of any allergic needs. Our kids enjoyed both the kids club and the pool facilities thoroughly.

The property is beautiful and ocean front makes it even better. The water is calm for swimming and there are many pools for adults and families. Breakfast is good. Spa is fine. The staff is very accommodating and pleasant. Would recommend.

I believe the front desk who helped with checkin was not so welcoming. I feel the arrogant attitude while introducing the check in process and dinner events. I didn’t get any information about the activities that hotel has for guest or anything we could enjoy more in the facility. That was surely a bad start with Conrad and not enjoying for sure.

THE BEST STAFF, THE BEST BREAKFAST, THE BEST POOLS FOR KIDS, AND AGAIN, THE STAFF IS INCREDIBLE!! WE TRIED MANY HOTELS IN BALI AND THE STAFF IS NOTHING ANYWHERE LIKE IN CONRAD

Beautiful hotel, great food in Suku and Rinn restaurants. Love the swimming pools. Staffs are super friendly and helpful.
