The room is clean, only the hot water doesn't exist or doesn't even come out, even though everything has been rotated, everything is ok, the food is good, only 1 lacks bread hehe, hopefully it can be added

Rooms are quite clean. The shower area is not covered, so when you take a shower, the water soaks the entire bathroom floor. At the time we stayed, the hot water didn't work. Somewhat disturbing the comfort of a bath even though the water is not too cold at all. The air conditioner in the room was not cold enough in rooms 101 & 103. We had the opportunity to stay the next few nights in the junior suite, for this the air conditioner was very cold, delicious. A buffet breakfast is provided every day with several menus that are quite tasty even though there were not many hotel guests at that time. Children free of charge. Some hotel facilities already need improvement, but overall I am quite satisfied with the existing services. Thank you Cosmo Hotel.

AC is not cold. Electricity likes to die on PCB meter pln. The bed cover doesn't change so itchy. So disturb sleep.
