overall it's ok.. it's just that when you first enter the room the smell of cigarette smoke is very pungent. Hopefully it can be paid more attention because the smell of cigarette smoke is quite pungent.. maybe you can give it a fragrance spray or something to get rid of the smell of cigarette smoke🙏

The AC is not cold, the sheets & towels are dirty. The bathroom smells. Maybe the price is increased, but the cleanliness is also improved.

The bathroom is not clean enough, and the toilet is hard to flush. The mattress is too soft so when you sit down you hit the floor 🙂

second time here. the first time on the 3rd floor the water wasn't hot.. the shower was disconnected.. the second time I upgraded to a premium room but found a centipede.
