Very friendly hotel staff, comfortable place, quiet atmosphere, just a little suggestion for the check-in process which may be a bit disturbed because of the long waiting process and few employees while at that time the guests who came to stay were quite long, which finally I waited my turn for the check-in process and was taken to the room at almost 3 pm. please improve the check-in process. the rest is all comfortable, clean room, comfortable place and friendly staff. order Sundanese room without AC is cool, there is a fan, TV, small refrigerator. the good thing is given a room that is below the back terrace there is a door to the lake, can feed fish, small boat provided. Breakfast is delivered to the room with a varied menu, the taste is so-so. The facilities are very kids friendly because there is a warm swimming pool (not hot) and cold water with a long slide, free 1x Flying Fox, free 1x duck ride for 20 minutes, there is an outdoor playground, can see animals (poultry, rabbits, goats), nice to walk around the lake is long, many trees are given information about their types.
minus: old room so the bathroom has a lot of crust, the water is not hot enough only warm tends to be cold so you can't soak in the room, the mattress is not soft enough to feel the springs, there is wifi but the signal is not good.
but so far the kids are happy to stay here, the staff are also friendly. it seems better to choose the renovated Batak Toba room.

Overall everything is good,, The view is good, the rides are boats and ducks, there are hot and cold water pools..
It just needs a little maintenance and care, like the fence on the outside terrace is already shaking, I'm afraid that small children will lean on it and then collapse🙏

my experience staying at the hotel lake dariza the hotel staff are very friendly, the location and place are comfortable. the rooms are also comfortable, safe for children, there is a swimming pool for children's holidays also the location is also close to the city center.
