The staff is friendly, when I couldn't call my husband's cellphone, I called the hotel number, the staff quickly answered, then the food is delicious, the location is strategic, close to everywhere, only the toilets can be put together, no need to separate the place to pee and the place to shower 🤣😂

The staff are rude, the hotel doesn't have a lift, we were given the 4th floor and had to go up and down the stairs, the hotel is scary, the staff are not friendly at all.
