Cleanliness needs to be considered again, there are lots of spider webs in the bathroom, the duvet cover has lots of stains, even though we know it's been washed, the linen looks really dirty!! It's a shame if the hotel isn't managed well, the location is great

Regarding linen (bed sheets & blankets), we ensure that it is clean because every time it is finished being used, we wash it directly by our laundry using special linen cleaning chemicals, detergents and also special fragrances for linen which will make the linen clean and fragrant after being washed and ready to be set up in the room so the stains are not dirty because they are not washed or not cleaned but old stains that have been cleaned but cannot be removed immediately and for the cleanliness of the room we apologize if there are still some dirty areas, we will use it as an evaluation material for our team's performance so that it does not happen again in the future. Staff is not friendly at all, lots of rules... How can you book a deluxe room for 3 people? No matter what city I've stayed in, there's no problem as long as the guests are comfortable...
They forced me to add an extra bed, the price is unreasonable. Highly not recommended!!!

Regarding our hotel regulations, one room can only be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults, but when checking in it turned out that there were 3 adults and as per the rules that apply in our hotel when checking in the officer has also conveyed during the check-in process. And this rule is also stated in this booking application. Every hotel must have regulations or policies for guests at the hotel, for that please be wiser to understand the regulations that have been previously informed. The Carol Hotel is considered good in their 3-star hotel categories (I don't know the star, I forgot). We didn't get to sleep in this hotel because we were just paying a night for some place to rest and leaving Surabaya afterward. As a rest place it was pretty good. The main thing was that my room was in the end of the whole room in that floor, so basically it was pretty far from the lobby/lift, you know what I'm trying to say.

The room and atmosphere are nice and calm. Only the bedsheets have lots of yellow stains. The AC is cold, the wifi is smooth. For everything, it's okay, only the bedsheets have lots of yellow spots.

the receptionist just sat while handling the guest check in even though at that time there were 2 receptionists. the staff for luggage storage were friendly & kind. thank you very much sir ๐๐ for the sheets, bed covers, bath towels full of stains. "dirty room with lots of spider webs" and lots of hair on the corner of the table. bed and in front of the bathroom. there were small cockroaches in the room. the shower water was small. because I was very tired from Lamongan, I was forced to continue resting at this hotel because tomorrow I have to go back to Bali. for those who want to stay at this hotel, a little advice from me, check the room first. so that you don't experience things like me. hopefully in the future this hotel will maintain the cleanliness of the room and be better. ๐
