De Java Hotel Bandung

Parking space is minimal, you have to wait almost half an hour to get out of the parking lot, the staff is not very friendly, you have to ask for everything first, the food is not very tasty so it makes you lose your appetite, this is a shame for a 4 star hotel.

I ordered 2 rooms with a request for a connecting room with an additional extra bed in each room, and asked for it to be set up in advance before we entered the room. And Alhamdulillah everything was facilitated thanks to the excellent communication via phone from Ms. Annisa at the front desk. Thanks Ms. Anisa, very helpful and super friendly. Even though when we arrived at 14.00 noon, the room was not ready because the rooms were full the day before, and we had to wait for about 1 hour (the room was only ready at 15.00), but it was still tolerable with the comfortable sofa and welcome drink and snacks that accompanied it. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious (one of the 2 connecting rooms), but it was adequate for us, a family with children. The facilities in the room were all OK, the swimming pool was also sufficient for the children to swim. It was just that when the children wanted to swim again the next morning, the pool area was closed because it had been booked for a group/corporate guest event. It's a shame, we couldn't use the maximum facilities because of the interests of some other guests. The breakfast menu is also quite varied and delicious, but what is very unfortunate is, besides chicken porridge, chicken noodles, cuanki and egg station, mostly all the food is cold, there is no heater on the available food tray. The hotel's position is also right in front of PVJ Mall, just cross the street, there is an Indomart and also many vendors around the hotel. The parking area is quite adequate with a basement parking, although it is not too wide, forced to parallel parking, but the security officers are very ready and helpful, no worry. Overall, I don't refuse to come back again .... Hopefully the service and facilities are maintained, and need to be improved, especially for the parking area, swimming pool area and food heaters during breakfast.

clean room. unique Javanese decoration. friendly staff. difficult access. small parking lot. difficult parking alternatives. if parking at PVJ must go around far to the hotel then traffic jam on weekends and the back access is closed from the blue lobby. so have to drag suitcases up from the basement. even though it was on the recommendation of the hotel staff.

The access is very close to the mall. The best part is, you can check in early. The breakfast has many variations, you can also get a welcome drink that can be redeemed at their bar. The only downside is that the TV is not a smart TV.

Unfortunately, my note for a room facing the street was not allocated so when I arrived at 3 pm the room facing the street was already sold out even though I had booked the room a long time ago. Please pay attention to consumer notes in the future, otherwise there is no need to create a notes column.

Worse is parking. Don't know where to park, everytime full.

If you order a superior room, there are no windows and it is very noisy on the 5th floor because the 6th floor is a meeting room/ballroom, so the sound of the loading dock can be heard. Arrange the decorations and music when the sound comes from the event in question.

The reception staff upon arrival was very curt, when taking a welcome drink 2 staff at the bar were making out. Worst experience especially during a workcation.

friendly hotel staff, nice clean rooms, varied and delicious breakfast, strategic location close to shopping centers, only for small car parking, but parking and security officers are very responsive in helping. the rest is okay, recommend to stay here again😍

Recommended to stay here. Just for peak season please be patient to check in.

Breakfast menu could be improved. Overall good.

Clean, cute room theme, affordable and close to everywhere. Next time try another room type. The breakfast is quite good, but maybe the menu could be more varied.

Motorbike parking is lacking, wifi is not secured. The rest is good & clean. Thanks.
