Nice hotel & nice front desk receptionist.

The hotel design is lux, like Europe style. The location near to shopping and city centet. The staffs were helpful, especially Mr. Haris and Mr. Gifari who are so helpful. Hope next time can stay therr again.

Nice location and comfy stay.

The hotel is okay. Breakfast options are limited. The kitchen staff were not well prepared at the start of breakfast serving time. Room service menu is limited. No hangers for hanging clothing.

The bedroom is spacious enough for family with 2 children and clean but the bathroom, they need to repair the key because it is broken and can't be locked. The bathroom also yellowish for the toilet bowl and they do not provide tea or coffee. Really plain room only. There is no breakfast/restaurant available at the hotel also, we need to order through gojek if necessary. The pool is small, only suitable for children. The location is strategic, nearby paris van java mall and next to the hotel, we've found restaurant for eating. Totally, we enjoy staying at this hotel. Only need to work on its toilet. Thank you.

Staff was extremely friendly and kind, they support check out in the first of the morning. But you could improve better in bathroom area, the smell, the rusty spot are visible.

Great location nice and clean room, warmth staff and helpful, also tasty breakfast.

Place was okay. But they didn't maintain it well. Slippery toilet, broken ac that they couldn't fix.

Not a bad hotel. Not a smart TV. Good AC. Clean. Very close to Paris van java mall.
