Luxury Hotels in Sukajadi, Bandung

Not the first time staying here. In fact a few times already. Anyway, this time was disappointing. They gave me an old smelly room, additional charges for extra pillow and towels. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. I think that 's normal for a family of 4 staying up in 1 room? But what's up with the additional charges? If you want to put us in an old room, you better mark down your rate, cause it isn't worth it! Plus your swimming pool, from 2020 still under renovation! I don't know what kind of swimming pool you are creating up there, may be the garden of Eden! Or you just milking customers with overpriced room rate. I don't know which is the truth!
