I booked a superior room, but got a free upgraded room instead! Room was comfy and spacious, bathroom was clean, and hot water worked well. But better bring your own toothbrush because they don't give you one. Thing I love was their strategic location, it wasn't hard to to find food stalls and convenience store around, and the view from my room was really great especially at night. Apparently the hotel entrance is also used as Xtrans travel pool, so if you need to go to Jakarta, you can just easily book the travel here. Breakfast in the hotel was nice, loving their chicken porridge!

The hotel is very comfortable. The one who checked me in, she was incredibly friendly and definitely what a reception needs to be. I couldn't notice her name because I was so tired after arriving. But I hope the duty manager could recognizes her and check her shift, because she has done a great job for her hospitality. She suggested me some cool and unique cafes too in bandung, very informative and the hotel is overall very cozy and strategic in terms of location. Love it!

Had a great experience during our short weekend vacation in bandung. The staffs are very helpful, easy check in and check out. The room was clean and quite spacious. The location is strategic, we can take a walk to ciwalk. Upnormal and mangkok manis just a walk away from the hotel. Overall it was a great stay.

ASTON Tropicana
Went for a trip with my wife, we were looking for a place that 's close to malls and we found this place. This is our second time sleeping here. A slight problem, where we requsted for a bathtub, but we got a room without bathtub. But the staff made other arragement and we got the room with the bathtub. The bedroom was on average size, but we can hear a little noise from outside, like doors being opened, children running on the hall, people talking, etc. Breakfast was delicious. We tried everything served on the table. The swimming pool was a bit small, and it was crowded, we bearly had laps of swimming session and my wife was uncomfortable due to the crowded situation. So unfortunately we just float around in the pool and we got out. Staffs are friendly and they greeted me everytime I passed them. Any way, overall, this place is a good accommodation either for business or leisure.

Serela Cihampelas by KAGUM Hotels
The room did not meet the standard cleanliness expected of a two/three start hotel room, especially considering the price per night. The carpet was notably dirty, with numerous stains throughout. Additionally, we encountered fleas, ants, and bedbugs in the room, making it unsuitable for even a single night 's stay. The only positive aspect we can highlight about the hotel is its convenient location near tourist attractions like Cihampelas Street and other popular destinations.

Sensa Hotel Bandung
The breakfast was really good and delicious. My son enjoys the hotel's food and thankfully he eat a lot during our stay. The room is also spacious and very close to ciwalk. Really recommended for convenient and enjoyable holiday.
