The toilet was really dirty :( there was no hot water, it was just lukewarm, even though I asked to move rooms, it turned out the hot water still didn't work properly, it was really a shame.

There's no hot water. They say it's broken, it's just been installed. We'll check it later. If it's not hot, we can move to the room. But we're back at the hotel, it's already 11 pm. What should we do? Do we want to move again? Move to the room? It's complicated. It's a lie, I used it last night to wash my face and the water wasn't hot. Not recommended.

The service is very friendly, the room is nice and complete.. the area is also close to everywhere, but the bathroom is not comfortable, the water heater was not checked if it was broken because the hot water did not come out. If it is in a cold area, it will be lacking.. Other facilities are comfortable, it is still recommended to stay. Hopefully all the facilities will be fixed soon

For the price of staying there, it is quite cheap, comfortable and strategic, just for cleanliness, please pay attention, for the drinking place inside there are animals and the lid is very dusty, for the bathroom, it is very less noticed, it seems to be dirty, and for the bedcover, if it looks dirty and there are stains, replace it because it is for the comfort of the stayer, for the future, please pay attention to the cleanliness because the place is quite comfortable, close to everywhere, so that those who stay will be more comfortable staying there 😊 thank you

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I had to change rooms twice due to issues. But they were very helpful without complaint. Thank you, guys. The only downside was that the room and bathroom were dirty, and the AC didn't work.
