The receptionist was unfriendly....
I requested a non-smoking room, but they still gave me a smoking one...
I had to go up the stairs to the receptionist because the key didn't work.
The price was around 500, but the facilities were a mess, not worth the price.
It's a far cry from the standard I've had since joining Ibis, they've set their own standards, which aren't even 5-liter.
The bathroom was broken, the sheets and towels were worn out.
It's a far cry from when it was Ibis Budget.

When we first entered, the AC wasn't cold. Then a technician came to fix it, if it wasn't cold in 15 minutes we were told to move rooms, but luckily it was cold after 15 minutes... The bottom of the bed was still dirty, right, this is housekeeping work... The food tasted quite good, good for the kitchen crew and for the front office, the smile for the security guard is also a good job for you guys.
