Incredibly easy and smooth check-in/out. Though I got a room on the 4th floor, special shout out to that one male staff who voluntarily (without being asked!) and very swiftly assisted me lifting both of my heavy duffel bags all the way. Overall a very worthwhile stay, would rebook whenever I need a place to crash.

Comfortable hotel, friendly staff. It's a shame it's combined with a boarding house. It's incredibly noisy, with people cooking in a blender until midnight, and a dirty bathroom.

The hotel staff was very friendly and kind, the rooms were clean, the water heater was working non-stop, towels, a kettle, and bottled water were provided. For a guesthouse like this, the price is well worth it.

The hotel/lodging staff are quite friendly, and very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and fairly clean. If you want to snack and find food, just walk a little to Mitra Kuliner BSD. The BSD BUS terminal and Rawa Buntu KRL station are also quite close. Close to debreeze and teraskota BSD.

because of staying here I now know which is serpong BSD and which is serpong gading 🤣 the location is actually in a housing complex, it is suitable for couples to stay here, the bathroom door cannot be closed it seems it needs to be repaired or replaced, the room cleanliness is good, the bathroom cleanliness is lacking because the bathroom walls are still dirty. overall it is quite good and suitable for transit and suitable for those who like to stay in a sharia environment.
