They offer a shuttle bus to the airport and it is free. We just give a tip if we want to, to the driver, quite comfy for a layover for a while.

You could say this hotel is my go-to transit hotel when my family and I are traveling out of town or abroad.
The standard rooms are smaller than the rooms at D'Prima Hotel 1.
The airport shuttle service is very helpful, but hopefully, in the future, the shuttle schedule will be more flexible, especially for those who are only in transit for a few hours waiting for a connecting flight.
It's a bit difficult to order food or goods from outside because the courier only drops them off at the gate, quite far from the lobby/reception.
The hotel staff is very friendly.
The rooms are clean and nice.

My first honest opinion, there is a free pickup and drop off from the hotel. Not all hotels have this service and I am very happy. I even videoed the room and toilet were clean (on my cellphone, the video unit). It will be our first choice if we transit around Soetta airport. Thanks D'Prima
