Referring to World Health Organization (WHO) and government recommendations, the hotel will enforce some regulations with following details: 1. Guest required wearing a mask 2. Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Have stayed here more than 5 times and yesterday during my stay I was able to shop for POLO shirts with lots of discounts. So inside this hotel there are POLO, Roti O and Subway outlets.
Near the hotel there are also delicious and cheap places to eat, just walk away.
For breakfast, it's ok. Lots of choices and the taste is also good.
A little minus, the AC in the room takes a long time to cool down. Otherwise, everything is cool.

From the first time we entered we were greeted by very friendly security officers, and smiled a lot, to the receptionist who was very friendly, for the cleanliness of the room and others there is no doubt. Next time if I go to Tangerang again I will stay at d prima Hotel again.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check in. The room was clean and tidy, close to the city center. Easy access to transportation, close to the station, terminal, and airport. The bathroom was clean, complete bathroom amenities, towels, soap, shampoo, and toothbrushes and toothpaste were available.
