The staff was friendly and available, but unfortunately, some of the facilities were unusable. The fan wouldn't work, there was only one outlet, the sink was broken, and the shower didn't work properly. It was indeed very old.

Lots of cockroaches, smelly room, AC not cold, noisy.

The access is close to the city center, the bathroom is small, the mattress is a bit dusty, noise from outside can be heard inside the room, the staff is friendly.

Since 2007, I am a ragular travel in many countries and islands. Stay many cheap places but I don,t have any bad experience like this. Bedsheet&pillow too much dirty when I ask and request for the changes the delay time 9times. Bathroom without basin, one outside basin but not working, even I wash my hands with shower water. Several time requests but zero result in 2 days stay.

At the beginning of check-in, it was said that it was a double booking. Then the room given no. 101 had a lot of repairs but they were forced to sell it to still get income (the sink was broken, the AC was problematic, my parents couldn't sleep because of the heat) 101/103 shower had no hot water, the water was small, asked for a bath towel and was told that each room would only get 1 (a bit of a shock) then when given the towel, it was torn, had lots of stains and many more. I hope the management team can improve and pay attention to the comfort of guests when staying there.

I felt it was unfair when I booked a transit room, then after arriving there the room was full. So my suggestion for booking a room with a transit schedule is that the rules must be set for check-in. Otherwise, what happened to me last night will happen. The staff said there are still other rooms available.

The location is very close to the airport, the hotel staff is nice, there are many food places around the hotel.

All the facilities are broken, the AC is not cold, the sink is dead, all the bathroom accessories are not working properly.

With that price, don't expect to get better service. The place is not suitable for those who bring a car because there is no car park.
