I stayed for 3 days with my kids. Very nice and comfortable hotel. The Hotel has a heated pool. The bellboy help me when I needed a hair tie and they looked for me for free. Very touching ❤️

We were so glad to experience this hotel. The service is better than other 4 stars hotel in Bandung. Their staff are so humble and nice, we got a complimentary to late check out, but they must give more variation menu for breakfast.

It was a great stay here. All ambiance are nice, not too crowded since it was PPKM but love how the room are neat and clean! All linen and bed sheet are very clean and no yellowish stain on it, same happened about the towel. The room floor bit dusty but still OK, really can understand. The swimming pool are nice too but strictly should wear swimming suits. The food also great. The porridge was so good, the Western style food like omelet and sausage also good. They also add extra charges for children from 5 to 12 yo for Rp. 50.000- and for adults for Rp 100.000-. The staff are kind and friendly, the health protocol was in good procedure. Very recommended to stay with kids too. Good Job El Hotel Royale Bandung! Keep it up!

The hotel is large, located in the city center, within walking distance to Jalan Braga. The rooms are spacious and clean. The swimming pool is large and has a heated children's pool. The food is varied, but not too varied. The service is friendly. The hotel lobby is luxurious.

All the hotel staff were friendly and the service was overall good. I brought my children's grandmother, their younger siblings, and their older sister—all seniors. Even for seniors, it was very comfortable and safe. The breakfast was quite tasty and varied. The only downside to this hotel is the slightly dim lighting in the restroom. Thank you, El Hotel.

I've had two staycations with my family, this legendary hotel is full of Bandung memories and is close to Braga so I can go sightseeing at the same time, but the breakfast food feels a bit less varied.
