This hotel accommodation is highly recommended for family staycation. The suites room good for family stay cause they have 2 bed room and 3 bed room, dinning room and spacious living room. Highly appreciate for hotel staff super friendly and welcoming. Inclusive breakfast has varied meals chicken porridge and Danish pastry 10 out of 10. Great experiences with El Royal Hotel!

I was actually impressed by their restaurant.
I went down to the restaurant for breakfast around 30 minutes before closing time, and they still manage to top up the food to make sure we late-comers can enjoy the complete selection.
I specifically liked their Soto Betawi among other selections, which at that time the proteins are gone and what's left was the soup, I told this to the staff and despite it was 10 minutes before closing time they kindly prepared me additional protein for the soto. Much appreciated on this service.

The experience of staying for five days at this hotel gave a positive impression. The Deluxe room that I occupied felt spacious and comfortable, equipped with adequate facilities. The cleanliness was well maintained, both in the room and in the hotel's surroundings. The staff service is also worthy of appreciation because they are friendly and responsive in handling obstacles. Staying here for 5 days can be said to be very pleasant. The Deluxe room type that I booked has a spacious and comfortable space with good amenities.
