This hotel accommodation is highly recommended for family staycation. The suites room good for family stay cause they have 2 bed room and 3 bed room, dinning room and spacious living room. Highly appreciate for hotel staff super friendly and welcoming. Inclusive breakfast has varied meals chicken porridge and Danish pastry 10 out of 10. Great experiences with El Royal Hotel!

The room felt dusty when I first checked in. The lights were too dim. The transparent bathroom had a curtain that didn't cover the glass enough to allow for visibility from outside, making it not recommended for a group stay. The staff was very friendly, and the food was quite good, but the menu was a bit monotonous. Room service was okay.

Staying here was very comfortable because the staff was friendly, and the place was not noisy, but yesterday there was a problem with the toilet because the flushing could not be used, and the maintenance took a long time to arrive, hopefully the service will get better.
